10/22/2010- DAY 31

Human beings are God’s tapestries. In other words, we are a tapestry that displays God’s artistic mastery. Psalms 139:16 “Your eyes saw my substance being yet unformed. I am fearfully and wonderfully made.” Each one of us, as well as babies in the womb, is unique and fashioned by God down to every detail. God intimately knows each one of us.

Today with each abortion-bound mother we tried to convey this same message: “God knows you and He knows the plans He has for you and your innocent baby. He wants the best for both of you and has plans for you to prosper.” Why do we think we know better than God?

Throughout the morning, we rejoiced in the three precious saves. One was a Missouri threesome that came back out. They came over and confirmed that they saved their baby, but were upset with the “protestors who were screaming Jesus at us.” “It doesn’t help the situation,” the driver said. We agreed, but explained that not everyone down here on the sidewalk is with our ministry or is here to help save babies. We handed them our literature which they accepted and then drove off the lot.

Another Black American couple from Missouri confirmed to us that they, too, saved their baby and thanked us for our prayers. A couple parked on the medical building lot came back out, confirmed that they kept their baby, and thanked us as they pulled onto the street.

“Gracious God, help us to appreciate the wonder and beauty of Your creation. Help us to proclaim on behalf of every one of our fellow human beings, ‘I am fearfully and wonderfully made.’ In Jesus’ Name we pray.”
