When are the Illinois Board of Health and legislators
going to wake up and public outrage going to hold the
butchers inside Hope abortion Clinic accountable? Back-alley
abortions were supposed to be “a thing of the past” with
2 million-dollar, state-of-the-art abortion mills such as
Hope(less)…it appears a coat hanger or a Hoover would be
safer than the cutthroats inside Hope chop-shop. Every
pregnant woman walking inside these purple doors is taking a
chance she may be leaving in a meat wagon or days, weeks
later be lying in an emergency room full of infection and
fighting for her life, such as this little girl. She will
never be able to bear her own children.

A
woman who had an abortion at the Hope Clinic in
Granite City
filed a medical malpractice complaint in Madison County
Circuit Court May 20, alleging the procedure to end her
pregnancy caused her to become sterile.
Represented by Christian Montroy of the Rex Carr Law Firm in
East St. Louis
, Antoinette Blanton claims co-defendant Allen Palmer, M.D.
performed her abortion at the Hope Clinic on March 25, 2006.
According to the complaint, Blanton was 17 years old at the
time of the abortion.
She claims Palmer and the Hope Clinic were negligent for
failing to remove the entire fetus which caused personal
injuries and an infection that made her sterile.
She is seeking damages in excess of $50,000, plus costs of
the suit.
The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Andy Matoesian.
