Whistleblower exposes infamous Southern Illinois abortion mill

            15^th District Congressional candidate Angela Michael and her Small Victories ministry began blowing the whistle on the Hope Clinic back in 2003 for all of the lawsuits filed against them and their filthy conditions.  Many women that Small Victories had talked with were plaintiffs in lawsuits and victims of botched abortions at the Southern Illinois abortion clinic.  It was then that Small Victories complained to the Illinois Board of Health and demanded an investigation

            Finally, in 2005, 2007, and 2010 Hope Clinic was inspected and many serious violations discovered.  The violations in 2010 were more serious and numerous. Unfortunately, some of the reports were conveniently destroyed or missing from investigations. Since 2008, surgical abortions at Hope Clinic have dropped from a staggering high of over 13,000 per year to now less than 3500 per year.  The sub-standard and negligent violations inside have led to the terminations of several employees in addition to many workers simply quitting their jobs.

            The Hope Clinic is the Midwest ’s largest, late-term abortion provider, where legislation requiring parental consent is not being enforced and is currently being contested by the ACLU. This abortion mill has been the target of criminal investigations involving illegal drug usage as well as child rapists being arrested with the aid of Small Victories and their ministry’s daily detailed documentation.

            Mrs. Michael has been shouting from the rooftops to the press and legislators for years about the disgusting, hazardous conditions inside the Hope Clinic for Women. Animal shelters and tattoo parlors are regulated and have better conditions than this so-called “safe” surgical center.  “If this were a puppy mill it would have been shut-down in a matter of hours.”
