Decadence
Unleashed In St. Louis

St.
Louis Gay Pridefest draws over 80,000 people June 25, 2006. Over 100
floats in Sunday's two hour Pridefest parade. Over a dozen civil
unions performed by a Metropolitan Community Church pastorette.
“Truth
is Hate to Those Who Hate the Truth.” (on the back of our OSA
T-shirt)
John 7:7 “The world cannot hate you,
but it hates Me because I testify that what it does is evil.”
Debauchery at
its most vile spilled into the streets and into Tower Grove Park in St
Louis for a two-day Sodomfest. Lawlessness was the order of the day
yet the only ones being harassed and threatened with arrest were
gentle Christians. Two men who traveled over three hours carrying
wooden crosses were ordered to keep moving by local sodomite police
when they tried to lay their crosses down and rest. One Christian
knelt in prayer and was threatened with being tossed in the
paddy-wagon.

Bro. John, a
faithful sidewalk counselor at Hopeless abortion mill, preached the
Word on the church steps of Messiah Lutheran Church . The church
decided it would be better to just get along with this event rather
than confront it. They locked the congregation inside and let them out
the back door when services ended and the parade began. A parade
official recognized us and came up and asked me if there was going to
be any trouble . I said, “We're here to
deliver God's mail.” The crowd began cursing and screaming.
The smell of cigarettes and liquor permeated the stench in this camp.
Two homosexuals
stopped and began screaming up at us, “Give us your children
so we can convert them!” Another man ran up and yelled at
Bro. John (John is black), “Where were you 30 years ago when
we were fighting for your rights?” He replied, “You
are enslaved to your sin and we are fighting for your very lives and
souls.”

Actress
Morgan Fairchild was the Grand Marshall. The city's
elite were taking part. The fire and police chief, the Mayor and
District Attorney attorney, aldermen, political hopefuls and
corporations like Starbucks and Borders Bookstores joined the drag
queens and kings. When we saw St. Louis officials, I went to the
frontlines of the parade, walked into the parade, and rebuked the
police chief. I shook Chief Mokwa's hand and said, “I rebuke
you in the Name of Jesus. You are breaking God's law. Sodomy is still
against the law and this is an abomination.” The expression
on his face testified against him. Isaiah
3:9 “The look on their face testifies against them; they parade
their sin like Sodom ; they do not hide it…”

Professing
Catholic Mayor Slay was next. Again I walked into the parade and
rebuked the mayor: “I rebuke you in the Name of Jesus
Christ. You should be arrested. You are an abomination to the Catholic
Church!” He replied, “Is that so? Well that's
great!”
Floats paraded
by us filled with near-naked men and women, wearing nothing more than
grease, leather, and other things (not to be mentioned). There was
open mouth kissing and groping. Young children marched in the parade
gyrating and grabbing their private areas while the crowds cheered for
more. Churches embracing this abomination were MCC, Episcopalian,
United Church of Christ, and St. Pius, St. Margaret of Scotland,
Trinity Church, Gays, Lesbians, Bi-sexual, Trans-gender Catholics, the
list goes on.

The crowd
looked over at us and began yelling, “Thank you Jesus!” We
cried out, “Jesus can set you free. You can be delivered.”
A drunk young man yelled at us, “My mother
delivered me!” Applause and laughter came from the
spectators. Old fat men marched down the street holding young boys'
hands and kissing.
As Bro. John
continued to preach, confrontation after confrontation would ensue as
those who were angry would storm up to us, which provided a tremendous
opportunity for the Christians to share the Gospel.
The homosexual
community believes that they are a society of victims. They were
blaming God for everything. “Where was God when…?” And
that's why they turned to the homosexual lifestyle- because they were
victims. We tried to explain to them, you don't have to be a victim,
you can be a victor. You don't have to participate in this sin. We're
all sinners, nobody's perfect, but that doesn't give us the right to
keep sinning and to drown in our sin. We love you, not luv, enough to
tell you the truth.

One
elderly man blamed God because he couldn't get his arthritis
medication filled. One lesbian woman asked, “Where was God
when my mom died at 47? Where was God when I was being raped?” We
were distracted by the noise coming from the crowd cheering as the
bestiality floats were rolling by full of men dressed in leather,
spikes, and animal heads. Psalms 12:8
“The wicked freely strut about when what is vile is honored among
men.”
“We're
all going to hell, we're all going to hell !” Then they
chanted, “You're going to hell! You're going to hell!” The
float that drew the loudest applause was the NARAL and
Planned Parenthood float.
The public
proclamation was hated and despised. It always is. They taunted, they
extended their middle finger, they genuflected, they did everything
that is unseemly, but they hated it when love came to confront them.
They hated it when love came to save them. One man said, “Go
home and get a life,” and another, “Maybe God
will give you laryngitis.”
After the
parade had ended, we gathered together in prayer. A few of us went
into the park and began videotaping the lewd and lascivious behavior
we were witnessing.
Truth saves
lives. And you know what? That's what we were called to do. Plow up
the ground with the truth of the Gospel. That's what we did at the St.
Louis Decadence event. We did what God called us to do. If there had
just been more of us out there, wouldn't that be awesome? How about if
we had praise and worship teams singing and everybody just giving them
heaven, loving these lost souls into the Kingdom? 1
Corinthians 6:9-11.
