The second of four lawsuits involving the Michael family of Small Victories Ministry in Highland , Illinois is about to be settled. Yale Security Company of Belleville, IL whose guards stand outside Hope Clinic in Granite City, IL and protect a notorious abortion mill, have agreed to pay pro-lifer Daniel Michael an undisclosed amount for an assault that occurred outside Hope Clinic in November 2000.

          Hope Clinic guard Selma Owens pleaded guilty in court of battery, was fined, and placed on probation for the incident. This is the third time in the past two years that pro-lifers have received a settlement from Yale Security.

          Now there are only two lawsuits that remain to be settled. The Michaels are suing Hope Clinic, after their nine year old daughter was assaulted by a Hope Clinic escort in 2000 in one case and in the other case Granite City resident Candice Howie makes a ridiculous claim that “She went into premature labor, and her water broke after she saw signs of aborted babies outside abortionist’s Yogendra Shah’s OB/GYN office”.

          The Michaels are countersuing for slander and for Yogendra Shah attempting to deliberately run over Daniel Michael with his vehicle outside his OB/GYN office.
