Memorial
Day: a day
to honor those heroes who made the ultimate sacrifice
through their service to our country, whose blood was
shed for others so they may live free. Some Americans
forget our veterans and those currently serving in
foreign lands and have turned this day to honor their
service into an excuse to bar-b-que and get drunk. How
many turn out for the Memorial Day parades? Thank God
for those who do. When we total up the amount of
service men and women who have been killed in wars, it
still doesn’t amount to the preborn babies that have
been killed in the war on the unborn.

windy and cool day as we set up the resource van.
Minutes into our ministering, a couple from
Illinois
came back out; they didn’t kill. They got into their
silver car and drove off. We prayed they were not
going for their money order and they never returned
during our watch. Another couple from
Missouri
came out happy and we offered resources to them. The
man smiled and indicated they saved their child.
A while later, a young mother walked up to us
on the sidewalk with a small child at her side. She
began sharing her story of how years ago she came to
this Hope(less) Clinic and met “Angela”.
“She is my
hero.” Bonnie then explained to her daughter the
graphic abortion signs. “My
daughter is a blessing. She would not be here had I
gone in there. Thank you for being here and for all
you do.”

3 pro-lifers What
a great day for rescuing babies! As soon as we arrived
we set up the resource van and bam! a young mother
walked over to us from the clinic entrance. I pointed
to the van and she accepted our offer.
Once inside, we were able to show her a picture
of her 24 week
old baby boy. She listened to the heartbeats. “They’re
fast,” she said. “The
baby is probably frightened you would go into the
abortion mill.” After helping her with a few
baby items, she acknowledged she would follow-up with
her regular ob. and thanked us before she left.
We tidied up and returned to our post and
praise the Lord, the car‘s occupants with the “JESUS”
bumper sticker walked out and sat in their car. We
prayed. Daniel met them at the north entrance. Bill
and Teresa
rolled down their window. They accepted the
literature. They thought hard about it, she was 14
weeks, but they were going to keep the baby.
Daniel shared with them how many children we currently
have and Bill exclaimed, “Are
you crazy?” (laughter). I guess it takes a
little crazy to raise that amount of kids, but they
were grateful we shared and offered to help them. They
would be in contact. Psalms
127. YAHOO!
It was disheartening to see yet another car
with the bumper sticker “I
LOVE MY KIDS WHETHER OR NOT THEY ARE HONOR STUDENTS”
but this mother didn’t love this kid enough not to
kill it. They never came out during our watch. Sad…
The WMD’s salesman pulled onto the bloody lot
with his new sports car and unloaded a cache of
artillery to kill babies in the womb with. WMD’s may
have not been found in the Iraqi desert, but we sure
have more than enough wiping out future little
Americans inside these women’s center terrorist
deathcamps.

3 pro-lifers It
was a bad day for late-term babies as many of the
mothers killing this day were 2nd and 3rd
trimesters. It was gut-wrenching to see so many
mothers with their bellies protruding through their
oversized shirts as they approached the catwalk. We
pleaded and pointed out how far along they looked and
some unashamedly acknowledged they were advanced in
their pregnancies, but, “couldn’t
bring this child into the world,” for various
reasons. Bottom line: it was selfishness.
The white couple from
Missouri
took our brochure, but said they had health issues. “You
didn’t have health issues when it came time to make
that innocent baby.” They were behaving as
though they were under the influence of drugs, etc.
Most nowadays are. We see a lot of babies killed
because their parents are drug addicts. It’s still
no excuse. Besides, most babies are perfectly normal. Laura’s
belly was protruding from the big shirt she wore. “You
must be over 20 weeks.” “22 weeks,” she
responded. “I
can’t have this kid.” They finished their
smoke and went inside.
A Hispanic woman and a young girl with an
oversized shirt approached the catwalk. “We
do free ultrasounds. Can we help you?” “No,
thank you.” They laughed as they went inside.
Just then, a couple of young girls walked back out and
into our arms and they accepted a brochure. They saved
their baby! When I shared our baby’s testimony they
told me their mother was once a foster mom so they
appreciated our offer to adopt or help them. They got
into their car and left.

5 pro-lifers As
soon as we set up the ultrasound van, a couple of
girls from Illinois walked back out and confirmed they
were saving their baby.
It was a hard day as we recognized many of the
mothers returning to have the laminaria replaced with
new to keep dilating their cervix for their baby’s
delivery. How can a mother kill her child two and
three days? Mothers
and their accomplices were pouring onto the overflow
parking lots. We were able to speak with many.
Unfortunately, they didn’t want the responsibility
of raising a child.
Dominique
was beautiful and polite, but when we offered to help
her with this pregnancy her demeanor changed. “Oh
no, I don’t want a baby.” “I’ll raise your
baby,” I offered. She thanked me, but joined the
other killer moms standing in line to sign out the
death warrants.

Another horrible sight as we rolled up to the
crime scene. Minutes before we got there, the young
girl from
Kentucky
was back for Day
3 of her late-term abortion. She was delivering
the baby in her pants in the car. She was needing
assistance to get inside. The deathcamp guard went to
the car and helped her as she was moaning with every
contraction. Her mother and father accompanied her. We
first met her and her parents this past Thursday. She
was huge.
Kentucky
will not abort a baby over 14 weeks. Too bad her
parents did not teach her sexual abstinence. You
don’t have to have sex like barnyard animals.
Instead, they taught her how to kill.
It was so grieving to see many of the late-term
mothers returning for Day
3 of their abortion. Some like the Black American
from
Missouri
was cocky and could care less, very cold-hearted. A
tree hugger couple pulled onto the bloody parking lot.
Their car was emblazed with environmental stickers.
Too bad their baby was not a priority. I called over
to the mother, “I’ll
hug a tree if you hug your baby.” They marched
inside.
It’s hard to save babies with screamers, as I
apologized to a couple taking a smoke break for the
spectacle, “We’re
here to offer you another option.” They
acknowledged our efforts. The girl was struggling; she
didn’t feel well and it was hot. I called over to
them, “Would
you like a bottle of water?” She walked over to
me and I handed it to her. She thanked me. “If
there is anything we can do to help here is a
brochure.” She thanked us again and returned to
sit and talk with the male who brought her. We prayed
for the situation.
Hours later, the later-term mothers began
slowly exiting the slaughterhouse. Some could barely
walk. Many would not take the hope and healing
literature we offer as they pull onto the street for
the long drive home. We tried. Thank you Lord for the
babies saved this week and the hearts that were
touched.
Approx.
179 babies killed. 6 babies saved. Approx. 27
pro-lifers cared enough to show up throughout the
week’s massacre. 2768 saves since January 2000 and
26 babies have been adopted through Small Victories!
Thank
you to all who read our weekly streets report and have
donated or told someone of our new Life Van campaign
we are beginning. In the next few weeks we will have
updates letting everyone know how many donations have
come in towards the new ultrasound van we are looking
to purchase before the old one breaks down again.
Hopefully it won’t. We seem to have maintenance
problems more in the summer months, especially with
the heat. It’s so hard to do ultrasounds and
counseling inside a hot van with no air-conditioning.
This is our 15 years on the streets anniversary
week with our ministry. God has been so gracious. Many
of the fruits of our labors can be viewed on our
website and many testimonies to encourage those that
may not be able to stand and witness with us. Know
that you can pray and be a financial partner and
continue helping us in our work for the born and the
unborn. We could not do it without the Lord and your
help. Thank you.
One of the recent saves, “Portia”,
reported to us she is so grateful that she met us and
has been receiving guidance and help with her other
children. Her rent has been paid, utilities are on,
groceries have been purchased; she is so full of hope
and sees the real love of Jesus working through
others, not so much as a handout, but a hand up as we
walk with her through her pregnancy. She is even
taking summer classes working towards her nursing
degree so she has a steady income. Praise the Lord!
Her baby boy is due this September. We will keep you
updated on the SV baby watch.
This is just one mother that listened and came
inside the ultrasound van. There are others, but we
need your help and support to keep doing God’s work
for the Kingdom and saving lives, one at a time.
Again, thank you in advance for your generous
consideration in supporting this vital ministry.
